DISSOLUTION NOTICE

June 30, 2009

To all Customers, Clients and Friends --

All good things must one day come to an end. Effective at midnight tonight, June 30, 2009, High Star Productions will be dissolved. Assets and obligations will be distributed to High Star's two principals, Howard Bad Hand and John Pruit.

Audio and video recording equipment, computer hardware and software will go with Howard, who will continue to provide audio and video services under his own name on a contract basis. Howard can be reached by email at highstarNM@msn.com, by telephone at 575-758-8916 and by snail mail at Box 5803 NDCBU, Taos, NM 87571.

All audio and video product inventory will go with John; all products will continue to be available through the High Star Productions website, www.highstarproductions.com. Orders will be processed through John's company, Dog Soldier Press, www.dogsoldierpress.com, whose online product catalogue is currently being modified to include High Star products. Dog Soldier Press can be reached by email at dogsoldier@newmexico.com, by telephone at 575-751-3781, and by snail mail at the address in the letterhead. Inquiries placed through the Contact Us links in the High Star website will be processed by Dog Soldier Press.

Our decision to dissolve High Star was based on personal considerations, was amicable and was mutually agreed upon. Howard will continue to receive a share of all High Star Productions product sales. Dog Soldier Press has recently reissued Howard's book, Native American Healing - A Lakota Ceremony. We (Howard and John) are currently collaborating in the production of 2 audio and 1 video product(s). Please periodically check the Dog Soldier Press website, www.dogsoldierpress.com, to keep abreast of new product availability.
